To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note the following exchange policies:
An item can only be exchanged once and cannot be exchanged again.
Not all products are eligible for exchange. Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
For all exchanges, national or international, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged.
